Is there a free trial?

Yes, and it is a plan you choose, not something applied automatically to every account. If you want to test Ovebot before paying, pick the free 14-day trial plan; if you would rather start on a paid plan straight away, you can. The trial gives you the full platform (knowledge base, product catalog, human handoff, analytics and the widget live on your own site) within the limits shown next to it in the pricing table. No credit card is required, nothing is charged when it ends, and you move to a paid plan whenever you are ready.

What happens if I use up my plan's messages?

Nothing shuts down. The widget flips to a contact form (name, email or phone, message) with a friendly note, and every submission lands in your dashboard and inbox; a busy month becomes a list of leads instead of lost conversations. We email you at 80% and at 100% of the allowance. When the period resets the assistant resumes by itself; upgrade and it resumes immediately.

Can I use Ovebot on multiple websites or brands?

Yes. On plans that allow multiple agents, each website or brand gets its own assistant, with its own catalog, knowledge base, look and statistics, and you manage all of them from one account with one invoice. Your plan's messages are shared across the agents.

Do the prices include VAT?
